THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY SORT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THAT INCLUDES DEPOSITS OR FINAL PAYMENTS.

ALL MONKEYS ARE TO BE PICKED UP ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE WHICH IS AT 8 WEEKS OLD.

ANY MONKEYS HELD AFTER THE 8 WEEKS WILL HAVE A HOUSING, CARING, FEEDING AND HANDLING CHARGE OF $ 25 DOLLARS PER DAY PER MONKEY.

THIS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO MY CAGE USE TO HOUSE THE MONKEYS TEMPORARILY, HAND FEEDING MILK BY STAFF MEMBERS EVERY FEW HOURS INCLUDING THE COST OF MILK POWDER, MEDICINE LIKE DE WORMER AND OTHER SCHEDULED MEDICINES, VETERINARIAN FEES, CAGE CLEANING FEES, SOLID FOOD COSTS IN ADDITION TO THE MILK FORMULA ETC. NO MONKEYS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL THIS FEE IS PAID.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
